This balcony - built on a framed structure - was leaking into the study and living space below. Following our assessment and diagnosis of the source of the issue, the existing tiles, screed and construction board was removed showing a structural frame that could be reused. This photo shows the new screed and quite complex skirting flashing that had to be installed to allow correct detailing of the new waterproof membrane supplied by Ardex Australia. All aspects were inspected rigorously during the work and we can’t wait to update you with photos of the finished work.
